Israel’s military said Tuesday it had rescued a 52-year-old hostage held by Hamas since October 7, in a “complex operation” in southern Gaza.
Kaid Farhan Al-Qadi, a Bedouin Israeli citizen from Rahat in southern Israel, was rescued from a tunnel in southern Gaza by Israeli forces, an Israeli military spokesman told CNN.
“He is in a stable medical condition and is being transferred for medical checks at a hospital,” the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a statement. “His family has been updated with the details, and the IDF is accompanying them.”
Troops pinpointed Al-Qadi’s location from a successful piece of intelligence, Hagari said. He added that Israel’s intelligence corps and hostage headquarters are working “day and night” to find information on the hostages still held by Hamas.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with Al-Qadi and praised the IDF, according to a statement from his office.

Great news.
Tlaib greatly saddened.
Praise God!!
Adding, may the same happen for all the remaining hostages including the Americans, who Brandon/HeelsUp have abandoned.
Maybe she’ll jump out a really high window................one way or another......
It should tell people something that they’re even having to rescue Arabs from Hamas.
Harvard and Columbia have closed today.
Why in the world did they do that? Weren’t they told to stand down?
so is the freeper kkk caucus like hardspunned, woodpusher, and flvoter among others......
Go IDF!
IDF needs to deal with “abandoned” tunnels simply by spreading anthrax powder upon final exist. Anthrax occurs naturally in all soil. Easy excuse.
I’m pleasantly surprised the Israelis have actually been able to rescue some of these hostages and surprised that they’re still alive. I figured they would all have been murdered by now.
Quote from article:
“Al-Qadi’s rescue means 104 hostages are being held from the October 7 attack, according to figures from the Israeli prime minister’s office and the Hostages and Missing Families Forum. Of those, 34 are presumed dead.”
70 are still alive.
