As an aside, his statement that there is no free speech when it comes to misinformation raises the obvious question, "Who decides what's misinformation?"

The First Amendment was specifically written to protect that very speech Walz want to ban. He has no understanding of the Bill of Rights and on that basis alone is unqualified to be the Vice President of the United States.

Walz is correct.
During the Biden administration, free-speech has not been upheld nor guaranteed.
Walz is assuming that, Kamala and he will take over for Biden and continue the policy of not guaranteeing free-speech.
Free speech is a right, but it it’s not guaranteed under any administration, it might as well just be empty words in the constitution and bill-of-rights.
And, if one feels that his/her right to free speech has been violated and files a suit, good luck getting that case beyond those that make the decisions to get the case to move forward.
Democracy depends on who is in control. Walz is a communist adn knows how things are done in China.
Yeah the media traded free speech and a free press for a monopoly as the approved voice of the regime. 12 years ago they filed amicus briefs taking Mark Steyn’s side in the Michael Mann lawsuit, on free speech grounds, but later they ignored the actual trial or spun the result in mann’s favor on censorship grounds.
