The pro-Palestinian group Abandon Biden revealed Friday that it embarked on its “Abandon Harris” campaign earlier this week. The campaign is devoted to ensuring Vice President Kamala Harris loses the presidential election.
The group, which remains registered under “Abandon Biden,” announced in a release their “mission is now laser-focused on exposing and opposing Kamala Harris and her complicity in genocide.”
The group, which asserts that “appealing to the conscience of the Democratic Party is a waste of time,” wrote that the party has shown it “has no interest in ending” what it calls a “genocide” in Gaza.

Pretty funny if they think Trump would be a better alternative, vis-a-vis Palestinians’ rights to murder Jews. I guess it’s more that they want to send a message that in the future the Democrats need to be an explicitly Jew-hating party.

Yes, indeed. Some terrible situations can be worked out. The current Russia/Ukraine war is an example of that. If Trump returns to the White House, he well could broker a deal to end that war for good.
But I see no long-term solution to the Israel/Palestine conflict. Neither side will give what the other side wants*. So there will be continuous conflict, forever.
* I’m not saying that each side’s demands are equivalently valid. Israel pretty much wants to be left alone. The Palestinians want Israel gone. Big difference there.
