A whistleblower alleged that Secret Service acting Director Ronald Rowe personally cut security resources and “retaliated” against agents with security concerns leading up to former President Donald Trump’s rally on July 13, according to a letter released Thursday.
The whistleblower alleged that Rowe personally implemented “significant cuts” to the Counter Surveillance Division (CSD), which does advanced threat assessments for venues, and alleged that agents who expressed security concerns were “retaliated against,” according to Missouri Republican Sen. Josh Hawley’s letter to Rowe. As a result, the CSD failed to perform its “typical evaluation” of the rally venue in Butler County, Pennsylvania, and “was not present on the day” of the attempted assassination.

“The whistleblower claims that if personnel from CSD had been present at the rally, the gunman would have been handcuffed in the parking lot after being spotted with a rangefinder,” the letter states.

“Secret Service personnel expressed alarm that individuals were admitted to the event without vetting,” the letter says. “The whistleblower alleges that those who raised such concerns were retaliated against.”
At the July 13 rally, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks was able to fire shots at the former president from a rooftop just 130 yards away from the stage. Crooks had reportedly been spotted by witnesses, flagged by Secret Service and even was identified by a local counter sniper over an hour and a half before Trump took the stage.
A whistleblower has alleged to my office that the Secret Service Counter Surveillance Division (CSD), the division that performs threat assessment of event sites before the event occurs, did not perform its typical evaluation of the Butler site and was not present on the day,” the letter states. “This is significant because CSD’s duties include evaluating potential security threats outside the security perimeter and mitigating those threats during the event.”
As a result of these security lapses, Crooks was able to take aim at and injure the former president, kill volunteer firefighter Corey Comperatore and injure attendees James Copenhaver and David Dutch, who are both in stable condition

Rowe testified on Tuesday before a joint hearing held by the Senate Judiciary and Homeland Security Committee after U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle resigned on July 23 following her own evasive congressional testimony. Rowe’s testimony was similarly evasive as he left many lawmakers’ questions unanswered.
“You acknowledged in your Senate testimony that the American Glass Research complex should have been included in the security perimeter for the Butler event,” the letter says. “The whistleblower alleges that because CSD was not present in Butler, this manifest shortcoming was never properly flagged or mitigated.”
Despite this, Trump has vowed to continue holding outdoor rallies and said that the Secret Service will “substantially step up” their security detail going forward, according to a post on Truth Social from Saturday.
Only thing is, Biden said to George Stephanopoulos that he was staying in the race because Trump was about to be “challenged” in a way he’d never been challenged before.
He knew.

Well look what happened before the assassination attempt: Biden was exposed as being mentally damaged at the debate, and Trumps documents case was thrown out. So the odds that Trump would win the election went up a lot.
These enemies couldn’t let that happen because Trump would expose them, so they tried to take him out. How? By radicalizing a kid, telling him “Trump is Hitler! Watch the Dead Zone, Trump is Greg Stillson! What would you do if you had the chance to kill Hitler! Be a hero for your nation!” and the bastards allowed the kid to take his shots and the second Trump went down? they took out the kid stopping him from ever opening his mouth.
We know now it’s utter BS they couldn’t see him on the roof when we now have a video from GROUND level showing him quite clearly and with Trump clearly in sight.
And more than that, out of all the buildings in that area, he just miraculously picked the one building to hide the ladder and his rifle? picked the right one that wasn’t manned? What BS, they cleared the path for him.
Trump needs to hire his own security, do NOT allow the secret service anywhere near him because odds are they WILL try again. He needs to take absolute precaution with everything, his food, what he drinks, have full inspections on his plane, cars. Rowe obviously was hoping someone would try to kill Trump. I’d be willing to bet a LOT that he is a RABID nevertrumper.
Puppet Biden was saying things he shouldn’t have said, so the Regime threatened him after the assassination attempt failed and told Biden he was out by blackmail.
I think back 8+ years now in the Trump era, and what they have done or attempted to do to him and his family/friends etc is really showing us the collapse of this system. It’s all so blatant, and the state media doesn’t even care if it all looks like glaring lies. Like the whole Biden dementia thing.
A long time ago I and many others said they’ve done everything to Trump but assassinate him. Here we are. And now it appears to be one big fat coverup. And those involved in these investigations are the same people who’ve been trying to frame Trump for a long time.
If we compare the border to the perimeter in this case, what Biden/Harris did in taking down Trump’s wall and getting rid of “Stay in mexico” (or whatever it’s called, where they stay in Mexico until their asylum is decided)... it would be like the Secret Service setting up on all of the rooftops and flying drones overhead - and then Biden/Harris ordering them all to leave.
If we’re (rightly) saying that deliberate action to make Trump vulnerable is an inside job to try to kill Trump, then the whole country should also be saying that deliberate action to make the whole country vulnerable - leaving the “perimeter” totally unprotected - is also an inside job to try to kill this country and her people.
It is so very, very ironic that Trump was saved by his movement to point out how Biden has left the country’s “perimeter” totally unprotected.
I think Trump has his own investigation going-I would if it were me.

Puppet Biden was already saying things he shouldn’t have said 4 years ago. Already the dementia removed his “filter” to know not to say the quiet part out loud. So he spilled their whole 2020 strategy out loud: (he said) we’ve created the biggest election fraud machine ever.... it doesn’t matter who votes, it matters who COUNTS the votes.
When a person is drunk they tell you what they really think because their inhibitions are gone. Dementia is similar. When a person with dementia says the quiet part out loud, believe him. Biden told the whole world that they were going to steal the 2020 election by “counting the votes” fraudulently.
But Joe’s handlers didn’t care because the courts could keep a stolen election from being anybody’s “business”.
And THAT is the part that is killing America. The Founding Fathers said that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. We KNOW that if we the people have no real checks on the cabal’s power, we will get absolute corruption. So much so, that Biden could openly state exactly how they were going to steal 2020, and it didn’t make any difference because nobody was allowed to either stop it, expose it, or prosecute it.

If the Secret Service wanted to protect President Trump they would not have left the best location for an assassination unguarded.
It is impossible that Crooks could have known the roof was unguarded unless he was told by insiders. It is impossible that Crooks could have gotten on the roof without help.
Many people told authorities there was a man with a gun on the roof. SS did nothing.
Secret Service could have delayed Trump going on the stage while they investigated. They did not.
The Capitol Police couldn’t find who brought the cocaine into the WH. They couldn’t stop the buggers in a senate room spreading their DNA. The SS can’t protect goldfish in a bowl.

Shaffer has inside knowledge - for him to say this publicly is a big deal.
If you have seen the bodycam footage from the first two LEOs in combat fatigues (not black/blue) to attain the roof, they ask about a reported injury to an LE [LEO]. (The first one in combat fatigues is a medic who checks over Crooks).
I’ve read somewhere about an LEO being injured in the hand.
Where/if this fits in, I don’t know.
