The very best “gender affirming care” for someone suffering from the mental health problem of “gender dysphoria” is sympathetic, compassionate, professional mental health care to help the person dispel their obsession and affirn their bilogical gender.
Yes, that is the harder route, just as getting rid of any great addicition is a hard route, with stress and emotional trauma, but it is the right route for the long life of the individual.
There is nothing “wrong” with their body, it is not the “wrong” body. What IS wrong is the gender dysphoria obession in their mind. Fix the mind and leave the body to mature naturally.

What seems salient to me: OF COURSE a homosexual (and leftist) would reveal private communications, made by Vance in the confidence of friendship, to score 15 minutes of attention and a few woke political points.

When androgyny appears it is almost always in the late phases of a civilization.

These types of statements have already been brought to light about how Vance felt towards President Trump when he ran the first time.
