Celebs and VP hopefuls rake in $4 million for Kamala’s campaign during ‘White Dudes for Harris’ fundraiser

Vice President Kamala Harris received a $4 million fundraising boost Monday during a “White Dudes for Harris” fundraiser aimed at drumming up white male support ahead of the 2024 election.

The online event drew more than 190,000 people and raised about $4 million for the Harris Victory Fund, according to organizers, although the YouTube live stream appeared to peak at approximately 64,000 viewers.

The total haul included sales of baseball caps with the “White Dudes for Harris” moniker – the group’s distinctive logo.

Hollywood actors Jeff Bridges, Sean Astin, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bradley Whitford and Mark Hamil were among the “white dude” celebrities urging viewers to contribute to Harris’ campaign and “stand up” to former President Donald Trump during the telethon-style event.

Jeff Bridges - The Old Man on FX: A ripoff of the Bruce Willis RED movies about a retired CIA agent being hunted down for no particular reason. Spare me.

Mark Hamill - Any recent Star Wars trash: Let's face it. Hamill has never done anything EXCEPT Star Wars making him easy to avoid.

Sean Astin - After being taken in from the cold and given work by Christian movie producers, Astin has turned his back on any Christian belief he tried to convince us of. No matter. Per IMDb, his career is in the dumper. All he's doing is cartoon voiceovers and indy junk. Maybe he thinks kissing Kamala's rump will salvage his career. Unlikely.

Bradley Whitford - This dull actor is still trying to remind people of his Leftist bona fides from his time on The West Wing. He's slid down to doing podcast series voiceovers (Mina and Lucy's Guide To Slaying Dracula, Batman: The Audio Adventures) and TV cameos. Like Astin, he's trying to remind Hollywood Leftists that he's out there for hire since his current resume reads like that of a wash-out trying to salvage a foundering career.
