Anyone positing or speculating about something happening has an obligation to put forth a credible theory and/or evidence of how it might have happened. Wray is making stuff up without any factual basis or evidentiary foundation. He’s just a tool.
Unless there was a second shooter at the time and the bullets collided. Really low chance of 2 bullets hitting.

It might take a while...but they’ll recover those bullets. The direction and range is very limited. They should have at least 3 of the bullets from the victims.

I agree. This is FBI distraction. For example, why does Wray not want to get the communications going on between the SS folks in the Butler Command Center and the police outside?
FBI says their job is to investigate how the shooter was able to shoot Trump and others. So it would seem important for the FBI to know if the outside police were distracted by something said to them from the SS Command Center.
