Most of these congressmen are more interested in creating a soundbite that can be put on Twitter or used in a campaign ad than they are in finding out the truth.
Everyone knew this lady was going to stonewall with answers about an open investigation.

The stonewalling should have been expected with questions designed to illustrate her incompetence. Instead, we witness total incompetence by everyone.
She represent DC....Almost half of the questions today are going to be on 2nd amendment issues.
I think that’s the whole idea. Waste precious committee time on a subject irrelevant to the subject of the hearing.

Norton is a waste of five seconds. Why is she even on this committee?

This ‘investigation’ will still be “ongoing” six months from now, in the hope that public attention will move on to something else.
