Donald Trump: Kamala Harris Will Be Easier to Defeat than Joe Biden

Vice President Kamala Harris will be an easier candidate to defeat in November than President Joe Biden, former President Donald Trump said Sunday after Biden dropped out as the Democrat’s de facto nominee.

Biden endorsed Harris as his replacement about 30 minutes after announcing that he would not run for reelection on Sunday.

It is unclear if Harris can win the nomination. She holds a 36 percent approval rating nationwide, according to FiveThirtyEight.

She automatically gets any black women vote that defected to Trump and will get the majority of the overall woman vote from running on abortion. Trump is the old candidate now.

Many older white voters saw a certain continuity to the historical pro-American Democrats in Biden - he was sold as the stable hand on the tiller compared to Trump's bombast.

These people are not going to vote for Harris. To keep them, Democrats would need a Joe Manchin type - but that will turn off their radicals and female minorities.
