Failed Donald Trump assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks’ high school further deepened the mystery surrounding the disturbed shooter’s teen years Saturday when officials denied allegations that he tried out for its rifle team, was bullied and threatened to shoot up the school years before carrying out his sinister plot.
Bethel Park High School “has no record” of Crooks, 20, trying out for the school’s rifle team, it said in an updated statement Saturday.
“The coach does not recall meeting him. However, it is possible that Crooks informally attended a practice, took a shot, and never returned,” the statement read.

Trump moved his head. The kill shot was perfectly lined up but he moved his head. The pro would have been the one to take that shot. The punk’s shots were all over the place.

There are a lot of questions and not being answered. The dearth of information coming from the those we expect to be investigating is weird.
So many here are always declaring that DEI and lowered standards are destroying everything - military, air flight, etc.
But in this instance, nobody wants to believe that it’s destroying the nation’s SS and other security services. It’s got to be a conspiracy, it couldn’t possibly be sheer incompetence and irresponsibility.
He was a good ute. He was turning his life around when the gun appeared, and he accidentally bumped the trigger.
Maybe they are investigating, but need to wait for the whole picture. It wouldn’t make any more sense than all the rumors here do, to come out with stuff they hadn’t really confirmed.

The cops who curiously remain unidentified. Who are these heroes who boosted one up to peek over the roof... and then fell off and then did... nothing?

Yeah, the look-away drill. It was routine when I was in the service. Hitting a man-sized target at 300m in the prone, with iron sights was also routine. And what bullseye? The shots were all over the place.

If their job is to protect Trump, a simple radio call to the SS that “we have a threat” would suffice. Trump would be removed from the stage. He was allowed to continue.

Not difficult to do if you are committed.
The story of him "training his weapon on a cop" is being disputed.
There is no "rescoped as necessary". I am not even sure what that means.
We don't even know if he used an optical sight of any kind.
Very few optical sights would need any adjustment for a 130 yard shot.
It takes two seconds to talk into your comm and say “shooter on roof clear stage”.
There were probably ten SS folks with a chance to do that—and more Homeland Security folks and more State Police folks and even local police.
The notion that none did so is crazy and impossible.
They spoke the words—but they never made it to the SS on stage.
That is rock solid proof of a comm sabotage and a conspiracy.
There is no “oops” scenario that can explain it.
It is both incompetence and conspiracy.
