We all saw how good Biden was during his half of the 90-minute debate. “Rambling” doesn’t quite do Biden’s performance justice. Perhaps “bumbling” is more suitable. And not once did Trump trail off and end a sentence with “...anyway”. And then there were the stairs! Trump seemed to be able to ascend and descend them unaided.
