A California judge has ruled that teachers were right to punish a seven-year-old girl over a Black Lives Matter drawing because 'she's too young to have First Amendment rights.'
The first grader was banned from recess and drawing pictures at Viejo Elementary in Orange County after she added the words 'any life' below Black Lives Matter on a picture she drew and and gave to a black friend.
The picture showed the words 'Black Lives Matter' with four round shapes in various different tones of brown, beige and yellow, which was intended to 'represent her friends' who were 'racially-mixed'.

Principal Jesus Becerra is quite the epitome of manhood being able to stand up to this seven year old girl and take away her recess privileges.
Jesus Becerra any relation to Xavier Becerra?
'Students have the right to be free from speech that denigrates their race while at school'.
The American education system has a lot of capos in it working for The Democrat Party Crime Family.
It’s long past time to home school in commiefornia, better yet get out before they try and fine you for leaving...
I cannot see why anyone would want to live in California anymore even though the geography of California is admittedly spectacular. It is a beautiful state that was blessed by God but now cursed by man. Or better said, cursed by liberals.
It says “Black Lives Mater”
No comment from the teacher, principal, or judge about the spelling?
So sad.
Well, she wasn’t a racist, obviously, but after this experience she will have some justification for becoming one.
bttt
It does say a lot about the quality of her teachers, but they are probably too hate-crazed to notice.
The judge is as big a scumbag as Principal Jesus Becerra.
The principle should be fired and the judge impeached.
Yes, even a seven year old has free speech rights, and no it is not “racist” nor denigrating any “race” to say ALL lives matter.
'place is due for a massive quake...one way or another.
Tried to find info on this judge (like who appointed him) and can’t find anything. Anyone know?
I wonder what would have happened if this 7-year-old had not concisely stated “all[”.
Would it have been “racist” for her to say:
Black lives matter. White lives matter. Yellow lives matter. Black-and-blue lives matter. Pre-born lives matter. Old lives matter. Liberal lives matter. Conservative lives matter.... etc, to include every possible description in the entire world.
Would that have been racist? Or is it just racist to include all the various divisions that humans can be divided into, in the single word “all”?
What a POS.
And if she is too young to have first amendment protection, she is too young to have consequences for her speech.
By the way, where did that judge find that the constitution denies rights at an early age? And rights she cannot exercise clearly fall to her parents... and they agree with her.
I would like to know what is wrong by stating “Any Life” or do we have to state that only certain specific life’s matter? We sure have a lot of ding-a-lings running the show, and unfortunately it is only getting worse.
Home Schooling ping?
It’s not just that she was punished for her heartfelt addition to the picture.
The children had probably had multiple Black Lives Matter assignments, compelled political speech and indoctrination.
