The U.S. Secret Service said Wednesday that it stood by its female agents and was appalled by some of the criticism they’ve received on conservative social media since Saturday’s attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump.
The Secret Service, in a statement to NBC News, said that the criticism from pundits and influencers was baseless. The agency also stood by its commitment to diversity in recruiting as helping, not hurting, the effectiveness of its protective teams.
The statement follows a multiday campaign of derision by some conservatives who accused Kimberly Cheatle, the Secret Service director, of being unqualified and who said that female agents assigned to Trump hadn’t been physically capable of protecting him. Some critics said the Secret Service should return to being all-male, which it hasn’t been since 1970.

Short, fat, incompetent agents are just as important as all the other agents.
They deserve all the derision they get. They allowed the president to be assassinated. Its not their fault the shooter missed. They made sure he had access and a clear line of sight they also left him completely unhindered for at least a half an hour. They did all they could to make this assassination happen and then their shooter went and missed. Thank god he did but don’t thank the secret service they failed at every possible step so much so that it doesn’t seem possible its incompetence. I’d like to know who picked this sight for the rally because they may be involved too
The way the SS is acting, it almost seems as if they considered the fact that Trump was shot as a SUCCESS (or near-success, to be precise).
In the contaminated world of the left, no one should dare speak out .....even if its the truth.
Biden’ failed Secret Service appointee, Kimberly Cheatle, is grossly unqualified.
Her unforgivable offense was to inflict the travesty of the loathsome
DEI doctrine on an agency responsible for life and death decisions.
At the very least, she should be ousted for foiling the plans of the Deep State to “get” Trump.
Cheatle failed miserably at her Deep State task.
The Secret Service is more incompetent than in the past. But remember that during the Kennedy assassination, there were blatant security breaches, at a time when the leadership of the agency was entirely male and the agents were almost all physically fit men. The security failures were blatant in Butler, PA five days ago. In both the Kennedy and the Trump cases, you have to suspect Secret Service collusion. The DEI issue is a red herring meant to distract conservative attention from the evidence that the Deep State wanted Trump dead.
These outrageous events act as fatal blows to our absurdity. We only need two hundred more to kill it off.

The video doesn’t lie. The fear and anxiety is flooding out of those female agents, palpable to those of us watching it, and no doubt, apparent to those at the scene.
Contrast it with the bald guy at the left in the video. Does that guy look like he is in control of himself?

As much as I hate DEI, I wonder if it’s not being used to distract from the ever increasing evidence that this was an inside job. More disturbing than incompetence to me is, the head of SS appears willing to do the bidding of Trump’s enemies.
We need an independent investigation into who was giving her the orders.

No they didn’t. They allowed the President to be in danger of being assassinated. Please be accurate and don’t contribute to the loose language that is floating around. There are sufficient word choices to choose from to describe any situation.
Given that the Left has baked corrosive and wholly destructive DIE into every aspect of our culture, from our investments to the military, I in no way see it as a distraction.
We need to pay attention to both things at the same time.
These Federal Agencies need to be completely re-organized, ESPECIALLY the DOJ, ATF, CIA and BLM
