NEWS: Fox has learned that Senators were told in the all-member briefing today that Thomas Crooks wrote on a gaming platform called ‘Steam’, “July 13 will be my premiere, watch as it unfolds”
When investigators reviewed the laptop, they found a few searches in July of: Trump, Biden, when is DNC convention, and July 13 Trump rally
Investigators have found no evidence of a particular ideology, which the FBI believes is notable, and nobody in interviews reported Crooks discussing politics.
Suspect has two cell phones, primary phone was recovered from the scene along with a remote transmitter (detonator). Secondary cell phone was found at the home, it had only 27 contacts and the FBI is in the process of tracking down and interviewing those people. 10
Just to be clear - it was the school (high school?) gun club that kicked him out. He was still going to the shooting range (local public range I presume?).
You are probably correct. It has been at least 5 years since I used it. I only used it for one game and didn’t really like it as I had enough to manage in the game without the distraction of listening to people talk.
On the recreations I’ve seen he came within an inch or two of killing Trump on two of his shots only missing because of the turning of Trump’s head.
Then, why did Crooks’ call the police to report he was missing? Did Thomas have a mental problem?

I don’t usually subscribe to conspiracy theories, but this event stinks to high heaven.
It appears obvious that this shooter had help, but there is a black hole of info at the center, which almost always means more than one person was involved.
I don’t trust the various investigating agencies in DC.
I think that they’re more likely to cover up any info than explain anything.
I feel quite certain that we won’t find out what happened until DJT comes back, possibly not even then.
All involved better sleep with one open, though.

Exactly. Steam and Discord are social media for young men in their teens and twenties. Some of those contacts might be other gamers he met online.
I am glad you said that. When I hear the media say they do not know the motive, I am pretty sure it was to kill President Trump with all the repercussions that would bring.
And… it doesn’t take a marksman to hit a head sized object with a 223 rifle at 160 yards. That’s an easy shot. The rapid fire after the first shot would require some skill to be accurate.

Yep it is IMO the outside remote keypad to open the garage (rain cover removed) They use 9V batteries which can be seen in the photo from the rooftop. Some have 12 key pads as they have 0-9 and # and *.
I would start looking for a Malvo hole in a building wall or in one of the vehicles that were parked within sight.

The FBI probably IS “those people”. Agent dials from Crooks’ phone, and the phone rings in the pocket of the agent standing next to him.

A post here a day or two ago said that Discord was the only social media type thing he did. I had no idea what Discord is so it stood out to me. The gist of that article was that it was surprising he wasn’t involved much in social media because these kooks usually are. It was like he was plain vanilla. (At least they haven’t been able to find any at that time. Maybe things have been scrubbed? Who knows.)
Wasn’t there a movie about some nefarious group (not sure if government or non-government) did psych things to people to carry out assassinations? Subliminal. If a certain word was spoken, it would trigger the subject to kill. Maybe that can actually happen. Maybe Crooks didn’t even know that he was a tool.
Boxers or briefs... that would say a lot about ideologies.

This is what the FBI does. Fudge facts. We are the stupid American public to them.. Was there a 28th ‘contact’ who just happened to be his FBI contact???
