Nothing to do with country of origin. Hubby is German. Ex is Norwegian. I was the only Caucasian in my group of six “running buddies” where we used to live.

You did not specify that it was just the non-Christianity of this that you objected to - as the same argument was used initially against Mennonite and other Germans, then Jews from Eastern Europe, Catholics from Ireland, Poland, Italy etc.
