In any case, it’s a moot point now. And I stopped caring about it a couple days ago. If Trump wants to dilute America’s foundation and make us even weaker, it’s his choice
To which I asked "So no Germans, Irish, Poles, Jews, Italians etc etc?”
You did not specify that it was just the non-Christianity of this that you objected to - as the same argument was used initially against Mennonite and other Germans, then Jews from Eastern Europe, Catholics from Ireland, Poland, Italy etc.
His WIFE is a practicing Hindu -- JD Vance has shown himself to be a practicing Christian and HE is standing for election, not her

I never said she was. Unlike Democrats who can’t see beyond the here-and-now, I’m thinking ahead. He CAN become POTUS. Nancy Reagan made RR take actions, and plan his schedule, around her astrologer’s (Quigley, I think) strong input. That’s forbidden in Scripture. We all know about Edith Wilson. Hillary had her filthy fingers in Americans’ lives when Bill wanted her to run our healthcare system. God only knows what Jill is up to.
We’d be stupid to assume that husbands don’t act on career advice from their wives. On that basis, I’d prefer the advice come from someone NOT polytheistic. (Not that Christians don’t have/give terrible advice, because we all know they do.)
Happily for all of us, for those who don’t care whether it’s God or gods setting policy and law, this is America and everyone is entitled to his own opinion.
