President Biden held a “tense” Zoom call with dozens of moderate Democrats that was “even worse than the debate” — less than an hour before the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.
In one particularly testy exchange, sources recalled Biden ripping into Rep. Jason Crow (D-Colo.) after the congressman had asked him about the importance of national security to voters.

It depends upon the law.
For example, Delaware recording law stipulates that it is a two-party consent state. In Delaware it is a criminal offense to use any device to record communications, whether they are wire, oral or electronic, without the consent of all parties taking part in the communication.
This means that in Delaware you are not legally allowed to record a conversation you are taking part in unless all parties are in agreement. Del. Code Ann. tit. 11, § 1335(a)(4).
I don’t know if you can record someone in Delaware if you are physically in a one-party municipality. For example, The District of Columbia’s wiretapping law is a “one-party consent” law. DC makes it a crime to record a phone call or conversation unless one party to the conversation consents. See D.C. Code § 23-542. Thus, if you operate in DC, you may record a conversation or phone call if you are a party to the conversation or you get permission from one party to the conversation in advance. That said, if you intend to record conversations involving people located in more than one state, you should play it safe and get the consent of all parties.

I knew a Colonel who got a Bronze Star in GW 1 - without the V for Valor. It was an administrative award to set him up to make General (which he did). I have some familiarity (secondhand) with his performance in combat and...he was despised as a coward and fool.
His Bronze Star was filling a promotion square. I’d bet everything I’ve got Beau Biden was the same.
Just looked it up on Wiki:
“The Bronze Star Medal (BSM) is a United States Armed Forces decoration awarded to members of the United States Armed Forces for either heroic achievement, heroic service, meritorious achievement, or meritorious service in a combat zone.
When the medal is awarded by the Army, Air Force, or Space Force for acts of valor in combat, the “V” device is authorized for wear on the medal....”
Imagine being under stress by knowing what you okayed and the getting these questions. Biden’s mind doesn’t seem to be able to function under stress.
I've heard that theory too, but I'm not sure what to think of it. On the one hand, the Democrats never concede anything, no matter how bad their candidate is. On the other hand, removing Biden from the top of the tickets leaves them with the problem of what to do about Kamala, who would also lead them to certain defeat. If the Biden/Harris ticket goes down in flames in November, they're both out of the picture, with the Dems hoping to checkmate Trump by winning the House and the Senate.
I 100% don't believe that. They know Biden will lose, they are going forward with a 2 part agenda. 1) Work on any possibility of replacing him with kamala. 2) escalating their attacks on Trump in all ways.
