Tucker mentions his old friend, Christopher Hitchens would say something purposely to annoy people who live in a-hole central and Tucker carries this going on. He’s not going to be afraid to say what he means to appease these aholes.

In the scapegoating and fingerpointing, weren't 'local' LEOs supposed to cover the building where Crook croaked? The Secret Service’s story keeps changing so fast it’s hard to keep up with it. So far, the sequence of “explanations” for why the roof was uncovered has been 1) no explanation, 2) that building was outside the event perimeter and therefore the responsibility of local police instead of the SS, 3) that building was a staging area for SS snipers, but they were all inside the building, and 4) the SS snipers couldn’t cover the roof because it was a pitched roof and therefore unsafe for them.
Who knows what they’ll come up with next, but a constantly changing story is a sure-fire sign of lying, and the Secret Service spitting out constantly changing lies strongly implies they’re covering up a coordinated attack in which they were complicit. The level of absurdity in all this has, in my mind at least, put the notion of it just being gross incompetence firmly to bed. Any random group of Freepers would have easily done a FAR better job of securing that site than the SS did. It’s just impossible to believe they would have been so oblivious to such an obvious threat.

I only wish I’d been living under a rock. I was in 6th grad when JFK was assassinated. Any hope of rock-dwelling was banished that day.
We already have a mess- from putting those pots on the back burner for too long.

[You forgot the part about carrying around and then positioning a step ladder to get access to the roof... and not being noticed, unless, the step ladder was already placed there FOR HIM ahead of time?]
The step ladder bit seems invented. If there were a ladder, the cop trying to get on the roof would have used it, instead of having to be hoisted by his fellow cops. Why invent something? For clicks. Social media pays for page views. Even saying outrageously false things can get hordes of people to read and comment, thereby upping user ad revenue.

Note that the full-sized ladder in the picture is likely real. After Crooks was killed, cops likely brought and leaned their own ladder against the wall to inspect his cadaver and the crime scene.

It’s certainly a very weak link. It’s reasonable to assume the shooter knew he would be able to get up there without issue.

Big deal. There were 3 officers inside the building that spotted this dweeb making several trips to the building and made no effort to confront him until after he was on the roof and ready to shoot.

It figures you would carry the water for the SS. The guy bought a ladder Saturday morning at Home Depot.

Let me get this straight. The SS assigns a post to a local cop. Local cop doesn’t show up, and the SS just shrugs?
WHAT IS THIS?
To: janetjanet998
This is a red herring. It doesn't matter if someone was "on the roof", what mattered is that the roof was covered by a sniper. It also matters that a ladder was allowed on the building.
After all, the police sniper says he had crosshairs on target for a long time before the assassin even got into position.

We will never know the name of this fictional officer. We do know that John Frederick Parker was the officer who left his post at Ford's Theater to drink at a nearby saloon.
But I guess it's a little too late to do anything about it.

I believe that at least one was a woman since she supposedly was the one that poked her head up only to have Crooks point his gun at her, after which she ducked back down (and he started shooting after that).

"YOU BROKE THE CODE!"
I can't take credit for my completely unverified hypothesis since it just paraphrases a Lee Child plot line from the 2012 Jack Reacher flick (that ironically takes place in Pittsburgh).
But then again, sometimes life imitates art.

President Trump now has to be wary of the SS snipers.
The FIB patsy failed.
The SS has been politicized to be loyal to the dimrats and can’t be trusted.
