Forensic analysis suggests that as many as three weapons were fired at the Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday.
The FBI said Sunday that the shooter acted alone.
The first three shots were consistent with alleged weapon A, the next five were consistent with alleged weapon B, and the final “acoustic impulse” was emitted by a possible weapon C, per audio analysis by Catalin Grigoras, director of the National Center for Media Forensics at the University of Colorado in Denver, and Cole Whitecotton, Senior Professional Research Associate at the same institution.
Audio analysis has also confirmed that the gunman was about 360 to 393 feet from the podium, according to forensics expert Robert Maher.
This conclusion aligns with CNN’s analysis that the gunman was on a rooftop 393 to 492 feet from the podium when shots rang out.
The shots exemplify a “crack-pop” sequence, typical when a supersonic bullet passes a microphone, before the “arrival of the corresponding muzzle blast sound,” Maher, who teaches audio forensics at Montana State University, told CNN.

Weapon A = 3 shots. So, if Weapon A is the shooter, then one of the 2 surviving victims was hit by the bullet that clipped DJT.
The would-be assassin fired multiple shots (A and B in this example) and the counter-sniper team fired the single shot C.
There were a lot of issues trying to pin down the gunshot noise at Dealey Plaza because of the relatively small size of the park, the buildings nearby and the noise muffling effects of the trees. The poor quality of the audio recording from the police scanner radio didn’t help, either.
With SS twiddling their thumbs for 30 minutes, not 3, on the barn, he had accomplices. It is being reported there were 2 securities inside the building and other on the same roof but out of sight, he had accomplishes... with it taking so long to get LE’s attention.... with Trump being refused extra protection... with his detail being switched at the last minute with Jill’s... with Jill being the one to appoint Mz Cheat-les... with little short females, etc.... he had accomplices. Dozens of witnesses ran up to the top of the Grassy Knoll because they heard bullets coming from that area whizzing past them.
They were greeted at the top of the knoll by men in suits with Secret Service identification who told the witnesses “Everything is OK. This is a secure area.”
We now know there were no Secret Service agents on the top of the grassy knoll.

Think about the physical layout of the venue and consider whether it is likely in this specific case, before spreading FUD.

or not ... the gun wasn't aimed at the wannabe assassin anymore. Those two guns the two Police counter-snipers had looked to be large caliber. If either of them did fire, wouldn't those bullets seriously mangle a human head if they hit? The photo circulating of a bloodied perp only show missing front teeth, no missing flesh.
I'm beginning to wonder if the reaction of disbelief shown by the Police sniper nearest the roof's edge, looking abruptly over his sight, was because a different counter-sniper had just eliminated the threat before he even fired. Maybe it was the guy next to him crouched at ridge level, or maybe a third counter-sniper not yet revealed.
I’m suspicious as golly darn heck about the whole thing, but acoustic data from three different firearms could be explained by Crooks’ rifle, and two police snipers rifles.
That said, I believe the exact opposite of whatever is coming from Joe, DHS, and SS.
