Former President Donald Trump will announce his vice presidential pick Monday, he told Fox this morning.
Trump has long teased who his running mate will be and has yet to reveal who it is, or specifically comment on who is strongly in consideration. Sources close to the Trump campaign previously told The Post that Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) and North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum are his top contenders, as well as Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.).
His announcement lines up with the first day of the Republican National Convention, and comes two days after a gunman shot Trump in the ear at a Pennsylvania rally, nearly missing his head.

Yeah. That link even made it to FR as a separate thread.
People are getting tingles down their leg today over JD.
He left in a Motorcade? He leaves everywhere in a Motorcade. Why the swooning over this?
JD would be OK as veep. Are the better choices? Probably.
I just got a fundraising text on my phone, supposedly from JD Vance. I think he’s the pick.

Nikki at convention makes me very nervous.

All others i think i could just hold my nose.
#MAGA
I’m not decided on JD. I also think there would be better choices but President Trump probably has his reasons.
Energy policy is key to getting this economy rolling correctly...
Michael Flynn
Rudy Giuliani
Sarah Palin
Mike Huckabee
None of these are even remotely possible pics. But I did think of one possibility for VP who has never ever been a never Trumper. And that would be Dr Ben Carson.
When all is said and done, Trump’s choice is going to have a bigger impact on him than it will any of us. Knowing that, I think he’d do well to choose Carson over any of the three supposed front runners.
Right after the convention was over this evening, Jack Posobiec and Charlie Kirk discuss the reasons for their support and approval of JD Vance, on this Rumble video, beginning at the point where there is 2:26:00 left. Their segment lasts about 45 minutes.

Thanks for that link. Very interesting conversation. I really like Jack Posobiec.
JD Vance’s wife, Usha, comes from an impressive Indian background.
The pipe for the keystone XL pipeline has been sold off.
The likelihood of convincing someone to take ANOTHER gamble on the project........ close to none....
being able to purchase, deliver install and commission such a project in a single 4 year election cycle.....I don’t think we will see another 8 year stretch with Republicans again in our lifetimes....
