When something like this happens, the PTB spread false info to muddy the waters so that people become disinterested. Talk of multiple shooters, misidentifying the shooter, multiple names. Always the same.
Unless other evidence surfaces, this sounds like the best explanation so far about how the perp got off his shots.
Witnesses saw the shooter climbing a ladder up to the roof with a rifle. They saw him creep across the hidden side of the roof and setup the shot at the crest. He was not in any way concealed from the witnesses.
For about three minutes, the witnesses tried to get police to pay attention. The response was "confused".
There is no real doubt this was the assassin, and he was killed right there after firing at least three shots.
This smells like a setup.
