KYIV, July 8 (Reuters) - Russia blasted the main children's hospital in Kyiv with a missile in broad daylight on Monday and rained missiles down on other cities across Ukraine, killing at least 41 civilians in the deadliest wave of air strikes for months. Parents holding babies walked in the street outside the hospital, dazed and sobbing after the rare daylight aerial attack. Windows had been smashed and panels ripped off, and hundreds of Kyiv residents were helping to clear debris.

Because Reuters NEVER lies.
Civilian apartment buildings are not “legitimate targets” (especially when there is zero military personnel or equipment). Hospitals are not legitimate targets, nor are school buildings (until they become base of operations, which does happen).
Civilian museums, shopping centers/malls, and theaters are not legitimate targets.
Yet all of these have been regularly targeted by Russian bombs/rockets/cruise missiles, and drones.
“Yet all of these have been regularly TARGETED by Russian bombs/rockets/cruise missiles, and drones.”
Link please. I don’t believe that the Russians have announced that these are targets, but I suspect that you must have information to that extent, otherwise why claim it?
Where to begin? Shall I begin with personal connections who live in Ukraine (and are still there)? Or shall I go back over the last two years of reports through credible Telegram channels?
You ask for links, yet it seems the Russian sympathizers now on FR claim that ALL sources and links that show Russia doing anything less than angelic warfare are Ukrainian disinformation and propaganda. So - maybe lay some ground rules for what you would actually accept as acceptable sources.
I see Putin has one of his troll bots active on FR.
“So - maybe lay some ground rules for what you would actually accept as acceptable sources.”
Since you claimed that Russia is TARGETING certain buildings, I assume you have targeting information. For starters, how is that being provided? Do you know Russians who have access to that information? I kind of doubt it.
Do you have reports from NEUTRAL investigators? I doubt it, as Ukraine doesn’t permit that.
As to your ‘personal sources’, unless you’re willing to provide names and phone numbers, that is meaningless on this forum.
Name names and document the proof!
Or you’re just passing gas.
But your “sources” are proven Russian propagandists. Nice double-standard.

Question - how many actual Ukrainians do you know (personally)?
How many times have you been to that country?
How much real research have you done on the history of Ukraine?
How in the world di you come to a point of crushing so hard on Putin? It wasn’t all that many years ago, folks got booted from FR for posting their man crush on Putin...
I have Ukrainian family members.
I don’t like Putin as I’ve posted for +2 years.
I oppose the biggest threat to the world - the globohomopedo west.
I hope they lose.
Simple as that.
Not sure how you combine all of those in the list and be consistent about anything.
Putin has publicly “outlawed” homo-pedo, yet Russia remains one of the worst of human trafficking nations in the world (lest we forget - not propaganda - thousands of Ukrainian children were kidnapped by Russian forces in the opening months of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Fact.
Russian Orthodox priests that had been sent to serve in the “Ukrainian Orthodox Church” over the last decade... many of which caught with boys... (one of several reasons the “Ukrainian Orthodox Church - aka relabeled Russian Orthodox in Ukraine - was tossed).
Remember at the 2022 invasion - and the reports from Bucha of mass civilian executions, rapes, etc? The world got a bit upset, but then some began claiming it was all fake/propaganda. Tell that to the. members of a church I have connections with (a friend and now-retired missionary to Ukraine helped build a church there - and there were many victims in that church of the very real massacre). Trustworthy, Christian families that were eye witnesses to the atrocities.
Or a Ukrainian national who I have worked directly with on missions in Ukraine - he and his church volunteers came under RUSSIAN fire for the “crime” of handing out food to civilians who’s homes were blown up... by Russians.
Or the nice Ukrainian woman I met last Christmas, who asked me to pray for her family back in Odessa... whose apartment building was hit by a Russian cruise missile.
I’m not a Zelenskyy fan boy. He is a coke-snorting actor. I was a bit more supportive of his predecessor - Poroshenko, though he is pretty suspect as well.
My short time in Ukraine a few years back showed me a few things that the media and neither political party seems to care about: The people, the average “Joe” hates a few things: all thinks “Russian” (even simply in name or reputation, and the language), any recognizable appearance of “Communism” (Ukraine was one of the most devastated nations from the USSR’s Communism), and what they PERCEIVE as “Corruption” Not much real trust - even between civilians. Every time we checked out of a hotel (70 of us in total), the process included employees counting towels, pillows, bed sheets, and a checklist of all things not permanently attached to the room!). And one hotel try to charge us a lot for missing towels - which were not missing. Lots of thieves and lots of corruption.
it’s what they know - and they hate it.They learned it from many decades under the Soviet Union.
I also am not in favor of US Taxpayer “benevolence” - Joe Biden enabled and promoted this war. Remember - 2014? Who was president then? Bummer. Putin was enabled and emboldened by the spineless Muslim-in-Chief who cared more about funding the “Muslim Dawn” revolutions than Ukraine (same Ukraine that Joe Biden actually committed Quid Pro Quo with to get prosecutors off Hunter’s back). Then 4 years of no significant aggression by Putin during the Trump years. Then we get Obiden in office - and Putin is again emboldened to take more territory.
I am NEVER in favor of sending money... And if we want to unload a bunch of our old equipment we are replacing anyway - then so be it. But $BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars? no. But also - we shouldn’t bind their hands either.
