KYIV, July 8 (Reuters) - Russia blasted the main children's hospital in Kyiv with a missile in broad daylight on Monday and rained missiles down on other cities across Ukraine, killing at least 41 civilians in the deadliest wave of air strikes for months. Parents holding babies walked in the street outside the hospital, dazed and sobbing after the rare daylight aerial attack. Windows had been smashed and panels ripped off, and hundreds of Kyiv residents were helping to clear debris.

This incident can be of many possibilities, but neither Russia nor Ukraine would risk such bad publicity as hitting something like a children’s hospital, school, child care facility.
The simplest answer in incompetence on the part of the people operating the missile.
The second could be incompetence on the part of the people selecting targets.
A third possibility is electronic warfare jamming the guidance system.
A fourth is it could have been a Ukrainian missile that hit the children’s hospital for the above three reasons.
But intentional doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. The international backlash would be too much and would constitute an unforced error.
It could have been any number of things, but it’s difficult to believe that any nation or organization would do this out of much more than incompetence. That is, except Hamas.
Example: the Mummified Meat Puppet Administration droning an Afghan aid worker and his children, all because we have a blithering idiot in the White House.
