At least 20 people have been killed and 50 injured following Russian missile attacks on cities across Ukraine, including one which struck the country's largest children's hospital in Kyiv, according to Ukrainian Internal Affairs Minister Igor Klymenko.
Klymenko also said that Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, and Donetsk Oblast were hit by Russian strikes.
"More than 40 missiles of various types" were used in the attack, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
"Russian terrorists have once again launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine," he said, adding that "all services are engaged to rescue as many people as possible.

Oh NO! Not the children again!! As with most wars propaganda is paramount in the success of winning the hearts and minds of the smerfs regardless of the authenticity. Now to actually win wars the ultimate victor must break the will of the invaded general population where they will turn against their own government. Does that mean there will be civilian casualties? Sure does. Wars are messy, wars are dirty and people are clueless about the conduct of war while not having the stomach or comprehension of what it takes to be the victor.
