You realize that propaganda is a major weapon in war. And Zelenski and Biden and the entire military-industrial complex stand to gain from continuing this war.

And there's another logical error implied in your statement. You don't know that Russia "targeted civilians" even if this event actually happened. You're jumping to conclusions.

Let me add, I not saying this story is fabricated and I'm not saying it isn't.

It's just that in war, you cannot always believe what you read.
