Former US Secretary of State and current US Presidential Envoy for Climate, John Kerry, expressed the opinion in an interview with the British newspaper The Times that Ukraine would not be able to achieve victory in the war with Russia.
Kerry believed that Ukraine would somehow resolve the situation but doubted that it would end in victory for them. The Biden Crime Family has the leverage. The Dem Establishment want to move Joe out, but Biden's handlers have dug in. If nothing happens in a week or so, it is over. Biden will be the candidate. There are too many state election rules to overcome to put someone else on the ballot.
Right now, Biden is talking tough (or at least his handlers are), but is this just a negotiating position to extort money and other guarantees for stepping down? I doubt that the Dems have the guts to use the 25th Amendment.
