The Biden Crime Family has the leverage. The Dem Establishment want to move Joe out, but Biden's handlers have dug in. If nothing happens in a week or so, it is over. Biden will be the candidate. There are too many state election rules to overcome to put someone else on the ballot.
Right now, Biden is talking tough (or at least his handlers are), but is this just a negotiating position to extort money and other guarantees for stepping down? I doubt that the Dems have the guts to use the 25th Amendment.
And the 25th Amendment proves that not only a majority of tyhe Cabinet must decide to remove Joe but also the VP. Kamala will not move against Joe because she wants him to re-nominate her as VP. By rights she should take over. The only way this goes smoothly is if Joe resigns. Jill and Hunter will not allow that. I love it.
