Kamala Harris is poised to take Joe Biden’s place if he drops out of the presidential race — in part because she’s the only person who can take control of the Democrats $240 million war chest, sources told The Post.
Many prominent Democrats are waiting in the wings to take the ailing 81-year-old’s place, but the quarter billion Biden-Harris have raised is non-transferrable, campaign finance sources told The Post. “Biden has two real choices: Kamala inherits; or they transfer it all to the DNC,” Signum Global partners Rob Casey told The Post. “That money would all be accessed by Kamala… anyone else would be on their own for fundraising.”
Even if Biden wanted to, campaign finance sources say giving the money to another candidate — like California governor Gavin Newsom or Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer, whose names have been mentioned as possible replacements — would prove sticky.

The rats can do whatever they want as they own most courts and can get the law changed or suspended. All it would take would be one judge to allow it and the money would be reallocated before the ruling is overturned.

So far 1, repeat, 1 Dem member of Congress is talking replacement. Biden’s team needs to work the phones and keep that number at 1.
MILK THE CLOCK. Late September is early voting. Don’t let them get a replacement defined soon enough to mount a campaign.

Again, they don’t care about the money other than maybe some fake show of good faith to forfeit. They don’t need it to cheat. Also, all the FR do gooders who say it’s the right thing for us to be on board for Brandon to quit now - so he does and we get Newsome who will get the ultimate media ride to victory. They will use this “transition” to cheat, i.e. in the ballot “re-prints” and our country will be toast with 4 more years of communism. They cheated Brandon in, they now have to live with their hand. So the nuclear football is a little misplaced right now, I don’t think Brandon is in control enough to launch a strike and surely his “helpers” would try to avoid a US nuclear tit for tat.
You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and 20x that much cash could not invent a new image for her. Everyone knows there is not one iota of leadership in her, and no sales job could possibly change that. They are forked, completely.
What if this is the real play? Abandon the presidential, push all that money down ticket and get both houses of congress so a president Trump wouldn’t have any real chance to pass any legislation, nominate any judges or senior officials he really wants, and be mired in investigations for his entire term?
Ironic that we’re now hearing about Hunter being one of Joe’s close advisors. Let’s see, 10 percent of 240...carry the nought...heck that’s real money!

Nightmare scenario: Biden/Harris successfully cheat their way to victory. Biden dies shortly after that, giving us President Harris.
Does it matter? In 2028, the GOP will bee a regional party at best, so the Dem candidate is basically running unopposed.
what can’t they just spend it real quick, before they kick the old guy to the curb? Dems can usually blow through multi millions in minutes.
