Embattled former Mayor Rudy Giuliani – a former prosecutor known for his work in taking down the mob in the Big Apple – can no longer practice law in New York, an appeals court ruled Tuesday.

“Rudolph William Giuliani, is disbarred from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court, and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York,” the First Department appeals court wrote in a decision released Tuesday.

Giuliani – once known as America’s Mayor for his response to the 9/11 terror attacks – was admitted to the Empire State’s bar in 1969 but has been stripped of his long-time profession following two criminal indictments for allegedly interfering in the 2020 presidential election.

Upon Trump’s first month....he should set the AG onto five Democratic political folks in NYC, and lawsuit them to disbarment. Then let it be known....every year....another five will be selected, until they correct their past problems.

Tyrannical usually assumes something forced upon the masses.

These parasites just waltzed right in, devouring whatever they wanted (like the Constitution)...with no resistance at all.

That's not tyrannical...that's a brain-dead/brain-washed, lazy, gutless population that allows that.

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

Half this country just stood by and watched lady liberty get raped...the other half cheered the rapists on.

The ABA is as dishonorable as the AMA.

Got it.

The Mob is rubbing him out slowly.

So NY no longer believes in the American idea of innocent until proven guilty.

So I guess the “lawfare” has to stop - when DJT wins a third term.

Thank you New York, you must be proud . . .

Maybe Rudy can appeal it after the Russians nuke New York City and wipe out the RAT attorneys.

Think how much different things might be if Trump had put Rudy in as AG in the first place.

Agreed. And ironically, Jeff Sessions was my favorite pick of all of Trump's cabinet. Sessions turned out to be my biggest disappointment.

I would agree but I think his age might be a problem. Then again who knows.

Rudy for AG.

He may be past his prime for a job like that, but what they’re doing to him, and the other persecuted Trump supporters and acolytes, is criminal. If it weren’t for the handful of innocents in New York, I’d be tempted to pray for a giant earthquake, God forgive me.

I know. These are truly evil people filled with blind hatred. To do this to a man who gave them security and prosperity and turned their city around. I have friends who fled Long Island and moved to FL because of crime and violence. They miss the Long Island of years ago and reminisce but they say there is no going back.

This explains everything.

https://the65project.com/

A coordinated effort to punish Trump attorneys.

They also just disbarred Jenna Ellis.

It’s political and professional suicide to be on Team Trump.

You’re only indicted and haven’t been found guilty of anything, but you still get disbarred? That’s B.S.
