Carrie Severino says courts will now interpret the law. Elizabeth Wydra says congress writes ambiguous law so now courts have the say. Shes worried about liberal crap like civil rights, environment, green crap all the things that bring the country down. Shannon agrees with her.
No telling if jan 6 BS will be covered or not.
Wydra, hardcore lib, wants the lib view of everything saying jan 6 will still rule, of course she would say that.
Turley thinks trump case will be sent back to lower court but it wont be heard before the election.
Mike Mccall next.
Does the Chevron ruling mean that the forest service can no longer close down the forests over junk science? Can we challenge those shutdowns now?
Elizabeth Wydra, as the President of the Constitutional Accountability Center, is associated with progressive constitutional issues.
She wants the Bill of Rights updated.

That’s the Robets go too final play. Always pass off the tough stuff to others or invent a way to avoid a decision
I sure wish the debate didn’t overwhelm literally everything this week because the SC decisions are so important and they would normally be discussed at the length they deserve.
CBS SC reporter Jan Crawford expects partial immunity, but figures so does Jack Smith and has revised papers ready now to reflect the expected SC decision..
...and will file immediately and get it to trial sooner than anticipated before the election.
IMHO. Smith is blind with hate, he'll push too far too fast, Trump's lawyers will challenge and delay.
