IMHO. Smith is blind with hate, he'll push too far too fast, Trump's lawyers will challenge and delay.

That could well be Smith is demonic and will do anything.
Rumors are he was compromised by DNC heavyweights for all the blackmailing he did at the Hauge. He has to go after Trump and make a good effort or pay a heavy price.
