The SC ruling specifically said it does not undo past rulings/dictates ...only the future, so new court challenges would likely be required.

Yes, but it all comes down to the judges. If a leftist judge gets the case, they’ll rule against you.
The Supremes did kick much oversight to bureaucratic courts rather than bureaucratic Executive agencies.
All the more reason to elect presidents that won’t appoint wackadoodle Leftists to the bench, and the Senate hold firm to that as well.
They noted that the ruling didn't undo established regulations, but I assume some creative challenges from creative angles would be handled differently from here on in.
