The Heritage Oversight Project has identified three swing states – Georgia, Nevada and Wisconsin – where they believe removing Biden from the Democratic ticket would prevent anyone else from replacing him.
Wisconsin does not allow withdrawal from the ballot for any reason besides death, while in Nevada, no changes can be made to the ballotafter 5 p.m. on the fourth Friday in June of an election year unless ‘a nominee dies or is adjudicated insane or mentally incompetent.’ In Georgia, if Biden were to withdraw less than 60 days before the election, his name would remain on the ballot but no votes would be counted.
According to a draft from The Heritage Oversight Project obtained by the Daily Mail:
Three of the expected six most contested states have some potential for pre-election litigation aimed at exasperating, with legitimate concerns for election integrity, the withdrawal process for a presidential candidate.
GA, NV, and WI, have specific procedures for withdrawal of a presidential nominee with differing degrees of applicability and timelines.’ WI does not allow withdrawal for any reason besides death.”

I think most states would find a way to allow a ballot to be changed up until when it’s printed, and when the first vote is cast, regardless of what the law says. They will either take special legislative session, or other action to do so. I do not see how they can be setting a candidate before they’ve even been through their convention.
That was what....a year into Nixon’s 2nd term? There isn’t time to get rid of Heels Up and replace her on the ticket then get rid of Biden. Its too late.

At a convention the Rules Committee meets and determines the rules before a single delegate vote is cast.
They can make any rules they want—it is their party.
A good example of this was the 1968 Democratic Convention where the white delegates from Alabama and Mississippi had their votes taken away and they were replaced by an all black delegation.

That would be easy to do. An overdose of the amphetamine cocktail they keep giving him to make public appearances would accomplish the task. It would be perfectly explained as a reoccurrence of his aneurism problems. The FBI won't look too closely either.
But then they would need to deal with "President Harris". And she is uncontrollable. What they need is a "twofer" that gets rid of both of them. A double assassination is too clumsy for that to pass as a deniable event. They need something else. How about World War 3?

Absolutely. To big a risk to the deep state. Sure, his Constitutional rights were completely ignored. He was even blocked from bringing expert testimony concerning the ‘Federal Election laws that he supposedly violated and brought up by the prosecution’ not to mention the prejudice and venue problems with the trial. Above that, they never convicted him of the predicate crime, on a crime that was based upon predicate. Even his charge, which by NY statute effects ‘enterprises’ ie businesses, AND NOT PERSONAL ACCOUNTS, was wrongly applied. He could have written any check he wanted to from his personal accounts and it isn’t business fraud.
The people and corporations that are running things are terrified that Trump will re-enter office, especially with a House and Senate majority. They know they, as Hillary said, we will all ‘Hang’. It’s life and death for them, so getting rid of Trump is essentially non-negotiable at this point.
PS; They already proved they would kill millions and destroy the economy to prevent accountability when they released COVID. I really hate election years since 1992.

You're absolutely right about that.....but who is on the Rules Committee? A bunch of Biden loyalists. Remember, he and his allies had control over the reins. He placed his people on the committee.
