They listen/read the US MSM.
The principal US media outlet seen abroad is actually CNN, which is carried by a large number of foreign cable systems. Local media often just grabs clips from CNN for their US news coverage.
Secondarily, the NYT is considered highly prestigious, so in intellectual academic/media circles they have NYT subscriptions, etc., and the “prestige” local media also grabs things from there.
So between CNN and the NYT, what foreigners see about the US is very slanted.
But we are not talking about what the man in the street in Sao Paulo or Chennai gets, either from their MSM or (if they have cable and understand English) straight from CNN. We are talking about the people who actually run these countries. THEY get their info from higher quality sources, their own people in Washington or New York talking to highly placed Americans.
It could just be denial. People resist unpleasantries as long as possible. If they (big donors, top Democrats) decide to ditch Joe they will prevail in the end.

Almost in unison like the, “Threat to our democracy” exact narrative of 100 newsreaders simultaneously.
Point is, this is not organic and certainly seems like it has been orchestrated. David Axelrod (Obama’s main guy) has been saying publicly for months that Biden needs to go. Was this the tool used to publicly push Biden off the cliff?
I think you're right. The Dems would have to explain why they've propped up a potato as President unless they appear to have a 'moment' when Biden 'suddenly' fails. They all point and yell 'replace him' as if he'd been normal up until then.
I do believe it is highly orchestrated and timed to occur when they wanted it to occur.
