In theory Jill and Joe can't personally prevent his removal under 25th§4. But if he can maintain enough political support he can block the process. Easiest way is holding onto Harris. Next easiest is holding support of 8 of these 15 Cabinet secretaries: State, Treasury, Defense, Justice, Interior, Agriculture, Commerce, Labor, HHS, HUD, Transportation, Energy, Education, VA and Homeland Security. Takes majority of those 15 plus Harris pulling the trigger to start 25th§4's adversarial presidential removal. And then it takes 2/3 vote of joint session of Congress for final removal, so unified GOP plus about a third of Democrats could remove Biden.
For the sake of down ticket races and for the sake of Trump's performance against any potential Biden swap outs, the more Democrats we can individually get on the record saying "Don't believe your eyes and ears! Of course old Joe is fully competent as President today and going forward." Make them say it and defend it.

Carter gave preemptive pardons to all the Vietnam era draft resisters, whether or not their crimes had yet been recognized. Which mean Clinton was pardoned. Andrew Johnson issued fairly broad pardons after Civil War IIRC.

We’ll see. Is suspect they may have sent Biden out without his meds.. so he can crash
Then in a few weeks they’ll dope him up good for the next debate and he’ll do okay and they will say, see.. he’s fine
We shall see

They'll have to try to find some way to "jettison Jill & Joe".

Is it possible “some” draft resisters were already charged, and therefore the nature of crime was in place already.
As for the Biden family, the optics would look terrible if president JB issues full pardons to all Biden’s before anyone being charged. It would have the aura of pervading guilt.

(I will be voting for Trump/whoever he picks VP in November. If he loses in 2024, country is toast.)

IF HUNTER IS CONVICTED & OWES $$$$$$$$$$$ TO THE IRS.....CAN JOE PARDON HIM FROM THAT DEBT??????I'm not an attorney but IIRC from my days as a CPA, a pardon can eliminate the tax evasion charges and any associated fines or penalties but not the underlying tax liability for the unreported income. The tax liability and any related interest on the debt remains the responsibility of the person who should have reported it as income.

LBJ bowed out after the New Hampshire primary. Eugene McCarthy got a third of the vote, and LBJ knew that was the end.
