I just checked Breitbart presidential debate tag, and there are articles about Biden freezing at 13 minutes and end. I kept typing during debate, so I didn’t see Biden freeze.

Of the three, RFK will win. Michelle will be close.

IF they did do a delay, it would have been to lure more viewers to CNN and away from Fox and NewsMax.
It’ll be interesting to see CNN have the lowest viewer counts.
