Big news for Steve Bannon tonight
1) The Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group (BLAG) voted tonight 3-2, confirming the offiicial legal position of the House is that the J6 committee was illegitimate, and all subpoenas issued by the committee were also illegitimate.
2) BLAG has now directed the House Office of General Counsel to file an Amicus Brief in support of Steve Bannon with Justice Roberts.
3) Matt Gaetz explains how the BLAG process works, in the video.
4) I spoke with Bannon in the last hour and he is optimistic.

We’re slowly, but hopefully surely trying to root the rino rats out of the GOP. If we can purge enough of them we might have a chance to save the party and save America... It’s worth a shot.

You are only hearing Bannon’s name because he is a MAGA megaphone. If this passes, it will also have the exact same effect for Navarro, except for the fact that he has been sitting in the clink for a couple of months.
No doubt Garland will fight all attempts to nullify the subpoenas in order to continue the persecution of both Bannon and Navarro.
If it wasn’t for the impending Bannon incarceration the feckless GOP still would not have gotten off their collective asses to address this issue. This should have been done a year and a half ago. Now it’s 5 days before Bannon is due to report to Danbury.
They left out drop All charges and Expunged All Convictions.
