- Russia says US is responsible for strike on Crimea.
- Ukraine struck Crimea with U.S.-supplied ATACMS.
- Russia says U.S. personnel input flight coordinates.
- Russia says at least three people killed, 124 injured.

MOSCOW, June 23 (Reuters) - Russia said on Sunday that the United States was responsible for a Ukrainian attack on the Russian-annexed Crimean peninsula with five U.S.-supplied missiles that killed at least five people including three children and injured 124 more. The Russian Defence Ministry said four of the U.S.-delivered Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) missiles, equipped with cluster warheads, were shot down by air defence systems and the ammunition of a fifth had detonated in mid-air. The ministry said U.S. specialists had set the missiles' flight coordinates on the basis of information from U.S. spy satellites, meaning Washington was directly responsible. "Responsibility for the deliberate missile attack on the civilians of Sevastopol is borne above all by Washington, which supplied these weapons to Ukraine, and by the Kyiv regime, from whose territory this strike was carried out," the ministry said.

That is a silly try at a comeback, you should really pay some attention to those nations and why they are making these historical changes and spending so much on defense, they know Russia and can see what Putin is doing.

Actually no.. I don’t want to debate such stupidity... if you want to believe Russia is going to launch Northern War part II, as a sequel to the early 18 century war (over 300 years ago!).. have at it. You believe in a phantom Russia, not the real one. Sweden hasn’t a thing to fear from Russia and they damn well know it.

I doubt I am underestimating it.

I have shown, often, how this affects medical and education spending also.

But none of you are hanging bureaucrats from lamp posts. All you do is whine about Ukraine.

How does it cut both ways? Was Ukraine trying to grab Russian land and resources?

You should contact those nations and tell them how they don’t know anything about Russia and any threat it might pose, and to contact you so that you can set them straight.

Russia has lots of natural resources that would be so nice for the CIA to take over.

How long would the proxy war have lasted without the $250,000,000,000 gifted them by the US taxpayer, most of which has disappeared into the ether without a trace?

Follow the money you said.

Yet you refuse to take your own advice.

Yeah. If I were you I’d go up to those old gun emplacements on the North side of the bridge where the Terminator went to fight that ... uh... AI robot.

I used to play with friends around those gun emplacements. Also a lot of missile launchers along the SF peninsula (missiles removed by the 1960s). Now they're treated like museum pieces for the GGNRA fed park system, full of tourists and graffiti. When I was a kid in the 1950s, the teachers told us that if there was a nuclear attack and air raid sirens warned us, to dive under the school desks away from the windows. Our school was 1 mile from the center of SF target zero. I laugh about it now. There is no safe place with multiple MIRVs pointed our way. Roadcat is small pawn in game of life.

Again, what is that Ukraineis trying to steal from Russia? Vlad the Rus. Modern day Viking. Follow the money. If Ukraine wasn’t resource rich Vlad would not be interested.

Ukraine being gifted money by the US is far and away differential invading Russia and plundering the country for its resources.

You’re kidding, right?

You have to be. Nobody could be so innumerate.

US budget - https://www.cbo.gov/publication/59727 - $6.1 Trillion.

Add, states, including mandatory spending (per US law, or regulation, or federal courts) - thats another 2.7 Trillion - of which Cato estimated, many yesrs ago, at least $500 Billion are unfunded federal mandates - https://www.kff.org/other/state-indicator/total-state-spending/

Add, unfunded mandates to private parties, as required by law, regulation or federal courts - This has to run a couple of $Trillion at least, as overall economic overhead. Much of this spending is required compliance costs paid to various private parties with government connections - I have been in this sort of mess and seen this firsthand.

Now, with all these $Trillions sloshing around, how on earth is @$60 Billion a year “the biggest parasite”?

Its less than $250B (from the US). The total authorized is $175Billion since 2022.

2022 $54.5B

2023 $60.7B

2024 $61.3B - but just beginning to be spent.

The US aid is mostly military equipment which is costed and itemized.

We are going to see US drones run out of the Black Sea. Hitting Russia airbases using US intelligence and targeting data has consequences. Tit for tat. One thing for sue is that whatever Russia does, they have back up contingencies and thought it thru.

All the talk of Ukraine getting permission to attack anywhere in Russia brought reminders that NATO was already told that anywhere in NATO might be fair game too for being targeted proxy to the war effort.

The US stages huge amounts of equipment in large depots in Poland for transfer into Ukraine - those staging areas with equipment might be a target; same in Romania. Hit my airbase and I hit yours.

I cannot imagine why the globalists, other than Putin shutting down their illegal immigration and homosexual agenda, would want to destroy Russia and actually start a hot war.

If I had to guess the worst case scenario... NATO threatens Putin with Nukes in Ukraine... or Putin hits all of NATO inside Ukraine. The FAB3000, 5000, 9000s are big enough to level an apartment complex in pairs or the larger ones. The 3000s are a bit more than 1/10 the Hiroshima bomb without the radiation. Imagine a pair of these hitting a town... of a half dozen in a day... anyone left alive would be running or throwing down their weapons.

One thing is for sure. Biden doesn’t control the mythical nuclear button. We know that old man isn’t president for real, but it is his war, and Obamas.
