President Joe Biden is preparing for his debate next Thursday with former President Donald Trump as if he were “cramming for a final,” according to a former Biden aide.
The former aide told NBC News that entails Biden talking things through, looking at briefing materials, and writing on cards how he might want to say specific things.
Biden has famously relied on notecards when delivering talking points — and has still been unable to deliver those talking points correctly.
However, Biden will be unable to use prepared notecards during the debate. According to the debate rules, no pre-written notes can be used during the debate.

Being fed the list of questions CNN plans to ask, all he has to do it memorize the answers. He should be okay as long as nobody checks for hidden electronic devices on his body.
As long as he has an earplug, he is good to go. I am sure his people have all the questions in advance.
I suspect he’ll accuse Trump of being a felon, etc. for pretty much the entire debate......if he’s even able to think clearly for any extended period of time. He’s got nothing legitimately positive to say about anything he’s done during his stint as president, or for that matter, his entire sordid career in D.C. The two coverup artists from CNN will do their best to throw softball questions at puddinhead, and as for Trump, they’ll do the opposite or cut him off, etc. I could be wrong, but.....it’ll be a $hitshow, I suspect.
It's happened before. Just before the State of the Union. Everyone was expecting him to dissolve into jelly. And then he didn't. He screamed like an angry old man, but the Lamestream Media was able to spin it as him being "passionate."
I think we're being set up, once again. So if POTATUS can just get through the night with the help of the moderators without having any serious senior moments, he'll come out the 'winner.'

Cancelling all other official White House duties and obligations.

If Biden really does have dementia, and it sure seems so, all the memorization cramming in the world will not help. Those in the know say his team already has the questions, but a dementia patient is not going to be able to memorize them, or the answers. Are there drugs out there that improve short term memory? I’ve been retired from nursing for over a decade, but none of the dementia drugs that were prescribed back then did diddly squat.
Three to one and Biden is still scared.
