As supporters of former President Donald Trump anxiously await his selection for a vice presidential running mate, online sleuths have unearthed evidence of a website domain that may indicate his choice is already made.
Users of X on Thursday located a URL tying the former president to Doug Burgum, the popular governor of North Dakota and former Republican presidential candidate who self-funded his run before it came to an end late last year. The friendly, earnest midwestern governor has won plaudits for packaging the MAGA brand in a style that allies of Trump say will appeal to key voters he could struggle to win over in November, including suburban women. Philip Reichert with the American Conservation Coalition was the first to discover that www.trumpburgum.com is up and running and redirects to President Trump’s main campaign page.

anyways, I like the guy, I like that he is an outsider, and I hate myself for dipping my feet in the identity politics pool, but I think a woman would help Trump. Not that burgum takes away voters but he certainly won’t bring in any undecided.

Burgum is actually a pretty decent speaker. I saw him speak at one of Trump’s recent rallies, and he sounded very genuine. He may not be flashy, but he’s no Mike Pence, stiffly spouting off rehearsed platitudes that will cure any insomniac.

the vice president will be the candidate he is looking at that does not try to use influencers on social media and regular media to get the job. I believe that Trump has already chosen the person and that the person already knows and that it is now just double checking for potential scandals before announcing
