Vice President Harris is set to place blame on former President Trump for the fall of Roe v. Wade on Monday, the anniversary of the historic Supreme Court decision that overturned the federal right to abortion access.
Harris will travel to Maryland for a campaign event on the two-year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which handed the issue of abortion back to the states. The Biden-Harris campaign announced the event Wednesday.
“The Vice President will remind voters that Donald Trump is responsible for overturning Roe and the chaos that has followed, and she will highlight the threat a second Trump presidency would pose to reproductive freedom nationwide,” the campaign wrote in a statement.

The Tenth Amendment, and I quote - “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Nowhere in the Constitution is there ANY reference to medical conditions, nor the state of the health of any individual, nor any mention that such a set of circumstances should in any way be the concern of the United States government.
One may conclude, then, that if any of the several States should address the question of reproductive rights of individuals, any of the States may pursue the question, but it is of NO CONCERN to the Federal judiciary, or the Federal legislature, or the Executive of the Federal government. Any legislation regarding these matters is entirely the province of the several States, or the people.
Actually it is our interpretation of this:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,—That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government . . .”
We believe unborn life in the womb is innocent Life that needs Government instituted to protect that Life.
