No pool usually. There are fountains coming up from the concrete, full water buckets that can get dumped on people and fountains that come down from above. There might none slides in some. I have only been in the one closest to my house.

We, fortunately, don’t have any neighborhoods like that but the splash pads typically are installed in new developments or retroactively in older city parks.
