Republican Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna claimed Thursday on Fox News Capitol Hill lawmakers are “hearing” President Joe Biden won’t be the Democratic nominee come this November.
Luna appeared on “Jesse Watters Primetime” to discuss the recent meeting GOP lawmakers had with former President Donald Trump on Thursday morning. Fox host Jesse Watters asked Luna about the policies discussed in the closed door meeting, to which Luna revealed some of Trump’s ideas on foreign affairs.
“I think the number one issue that he has is, especially a concern for what’s happening right now with Russia, obviously.” Luna said. “There’s the media really silencing what’s happening with Russia — warships off the coast of Cuba and also Florida. But I think more importantly too he made it sure that the American people would know that what is currently happening in Ukraine and Israel would have never happened under him and he does have a plan and solution moving forward.”
“I also want to point out that he understands that world leaders respect him and right now with currently what’s coming out of the White House that, you know, a lot of people realize that Joe Biden is likely not going to be the nominee,” she continued. “Which is from what we’re hearing on Capitol Hill, Representative [Kevin] Kiley had reported that Kamala Harris [is] actually eyeing a run for California governor because of it.”
“Right, that’s the backup plan. So you are hearing also in D.C. that Joe Biden isn’t going to be the Democrat nominee?” Watters asked.
“Correct,” Luna responded. “It appears that our colleagues are trying to put guardrails on a 2024 presidential election with President Trump and also what you are seeing is according to our pulling, you know as well as I do that they have been trying to really paint Republicans as anti-woman and they’re trying to push an abortion crisis right now with the election and I don’t think that’s a case. A lot of the American people know that really this is a state rights decision and so I think that they know that they’re losing. It’s very evident at this point.”
Reports have circulated that top Democratic Party members are allegedly panicking over the chance that Biden may lose the 2024 election against Trump, according to Politico. Recent polling shows Trump has not only been leading against Biden in major key swing states, but is also polling well among key Democratic voting blocs. For example, in a recent New York Times/Siena College poll, Trump has narrowed his deficit against Biden, winning 20% of black voters despite Biden having won the voting bloc by over 60% in 2020.

Biden holds high office to protect himself against negative legal consequences that would otherwise flow like a river from his career of corrupt self-dealing.
So, no way he goes away voluntarily.
Yes, I guess. But there are too many different factions on which person should be his replacement IF that happened. Some disaffected party would blab on who done it. It’s not like they’d be taking out somebody like Antonin Scalia like they did, where the whole world just naturally believes he slept with a pillow over his head.
Dems can’t just “turn out in the cities” and win a national election... Yes, Democrats run up the score in the urban areas, and that can work many states, but it can’t win a national election just on that. Dems have very high percentage districts 80%, 90% democrat, in the urban areas, but the dirty little secret is, they can’t win without those fairly consistent 45% districts throughout the non urban areas. If those non urban areas that traditionally go republican 55/45 suddenly are going 57/43 or 60/40 republican, Democrats have ZERO shot at winning a national election
Dems don’t have a superstar, and they know they don’t have a superstar, if they did, they would have tossed Biden aside at the start of the primary season and Joe would have never been allowed to run.
So, now they want to toss someone in at the last minute? That player would need to be a superstar among superstars to pull that off, and the dems just don’t have anyone that fits that bill and they know it. Doesn’t mean they won’t try, and the media will certainly be their willing ally trying to make someone look like they are, but they just don’t have anyone like that, not even close.
We will see how it plays out, but as I said if they were going to replace Biden with someone you would likely already see them pushing them heavy in the media to build them up... plant them in the consciousness, etc... they are running out of time.
So if they plan is to replace Biden, you should be seeing a media tour the likes of which you haven’t seen in a long time trying to sell the replacement to the American people even though they aren’t officially running... that will be the tell... so far I haven’t seen that.
We shall see.

I wish I could continue to do so for many more years, but the pills my doctors give me are not going to allow me to do so.
Therefore, I must ask you to vote for the Biden/Hochul ticket in the coming weeks knowing in advance that I will resign shortly after being sworn in. My vice presidential running mate will serve you well in my stead.
I thank you for choosing me as the Democratic nominee and I will do my part to ensure a better future for you. I need you do your part by voting for me, Hochul and other Democratic candidates.

I think you are right here, that’s why they are trying to get the 10 year deal with Ukraine. They will do everything they can to try and tie Trumps hands. He’ll have to work twice as hard just trying to untie the knots they are putting in right now.
Oh and for the record at least in polling Biden is down 20 points in most of those deep blue states and areas. NYS and CA for example, Biden is polling 20 points off of his 2020 numbers... Its hard to see how someone, anyone jumps in last minute, and recovers that fully.... especially with the economy, border and every other top 10 issue that voters care about the way they are.. Democrats as a whole, not just Biden, are losing on every single important topic to voters... a “Better” candidate” might help those numbers, but they are doubtful to overcome them.
Replacement of Biden honestly IMHO would be desperation to save the down ballot, and a concession the WH is lost.
Again Hochul is no superstar...
The dems don’t have a superstar and they know it, that’s their problem if they did they would have had them run instead of Biden... they don’t so they let Biden run to avoid a messy primary season...
They can try to replace him or some other trick last minute, but its highly unlikely it will work.
Replacing Biden or any derivative their of, is simply admission that the WH is almost certainly lost and they are desperate to save the down ballot.

We'll see, I haven't seen any polls but with the media I would bet they could get Gretchen Whitmer 100% name recognition in weeks, and I would be she would out poll Biden. Add to her ticket a White male Dem with some experience and we have real opposition and they will be able to campaign, unlike Biden.

Crazy. I still say she’s VP to Newsom. Biden will step down for “health reasons”. We’ll have 16 combined years of Newsom, then this witch as President. The downfall of America is coming and will be brought to you by all the white women because of their number one issue. Abortion.

The NYT and WaPo have been broadcasting that Biden won’t be the nominee since Christmas 2022!
If you read the regime media and not the “American” Thinker and “National” Review, as well as all the hair-on-fire clickbait anti-FJB sites that are popping up all the time, it has been perfectly obvious that Biden and Harris are both done for, and that the only purpose of keeping up the charade is to prevent serious oppo research and mobilization of opposition to the inevitable Newsom/Whitmer ticket (although Shapiro is running hard for VP).

There really is no alternative to Biden for them.
Harris is #2 because their politics will not allow any other choice.
So it’s Biden or Harris.
Democrats would rather Biden be the face of the party than the DUNCE Harris. It matters greatly for down ticket races.
Therefore Biden is the designated loser in the event the fraud machine fails.
Newsom has been the secret nominee for more than a year.
