The local middle schooler who was barred from wearing an “only two genders” shirt to school has lost his federal appeals case, as his attorneys consider a Supreme Court appeal.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit in Boston has ruled against Middleboro student

Liam, now in 8th grade, last year was banned by school officials from wearing a shirt to school that read, “There are only two genders.” The 7th grader then wore a shirt that stated, “There are censored genders,” and again, he was ordered to take off the shirt.
A U.S. district judge previously ruled in favor of the Middleboro school officials, and the appeals court over the weekend affirmed the district court’s ruling.
“This case is about much more than a t-shirt,” a lawyer for the Massachusetts Family Institute said in response to the appeals court ruling. “The court’s decision is not only a threat to the free speech rights of public school students across the country, but a threat to basic biological truths.”

The Middleboro school district each year celebrates Pride month, hanging Pride flags and sending the message that there are “an unlimited number of genders,” one of Liam’s lawyers had argued in front of the appeals court.
In response to the school’s view, Liam wore the controversial shirt to Nichols Middle School last year.
School officials in response to the shirt told Liam to either take off the shirt or leave school for the day. Liam chose to miss the rest of his classes that day. When the Middleboro principal pulled Liam out of class and told him he had to take off his shirt, the principal said they had received complaints about the words on his shirt — and that the words might make some students feel unsafe.

Hear! Hear! Time and place for everything. Don't let them set the agenda. Instead, let the boy spend time memorizing the key passages that explain what makes us a free people.
Isaiah 3:9 The look on their faces testifies against them;
they parade their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it.
Woe to them! They have brought disaster upon themselves.

2 Peter 2:13b Their idea of pleasure is to carouse in broad daylight.
They are blots and blemishes, reveling in their pleasures while they feast with you.

Sticks and stones,
May break my bones,
But words just
PISS ME OFF!
Nope...
Parents should take the crazy authority figures out of these school systems immediately;
"“This case is about much more than a t-shirt,” a lawyer for the Massachusetts Family Institute said in response to the appeals court ruling. “The court’s decision is not only a threat to the free speech rights of public school students across the country, but a threat to basic biological truths.”"
Based on what institutionally indoctrinated, misguided (imo) judges have so far decided on this issue, the law schools are evidently not teaching students the Supreme Court's clarification about biological birth sex recognized in Minor v. Happersett, women in Virginia Minor's state not allowed to vote (19th century).
After all, the Supreme Court did not recommend that Virginia Minor simply claim to be a man in order to vote.
Note that Virginia Minor's fight for women's suffrage supported the ratification of the sex-related 19th Amendment voting rights protection.
"19th Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
You ‘parents’ PAID for the schools, so you can damn well decide who TEACHES there!
The WILLINGNESS to take out the evil ones in our midst that take away our 'freedom'.
First things first. A boy first has to learn how, then when, and then finally obtain the authority or power before he WILLS to use a guillotine.

Personally, I’m a big fan of school uniforms for private and religous schools who don’t shove their politics onto the kids. :).
Until a few years ago that would have worked. But today they would just make them wear uniforms with the homo/“trans” flag on it, with patches all over for things like BLM and Planned Parenthood. The uniforms would look like a woke version of a NASCAR driver’s fire suit.
Feminism, insisting on plural pronouns with singular antecedents, destroyed logic in English grammar. Maybe Merchan and his jury ignored the 6th amendment because it contains the word "his":
to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor
Indeed their Court of Appeals are as bloody liberal as the west coast states are Court of Appeals are.
I learned common gender when I was a freshman in high school, 1960.
Remedial English doesn’t count.
So the First and Fourth Amendments are now gone. Second will be next.
“Parents should take the crazy authority figures out of these school systems immediately;”
I don’t disagree but I don’t know how this is done immediately.
Removing Massachusett school board members, school superintendent, and Governor might take a few years. A parent’s sixth grader might be graduated before all that is done; if it is ever done.
Put the child first; get him or her in a safe environment even if it means home school. Then change the rest of the world.
My wife and I used public school, then a church school, then home school, then a private school, then a community college, and finally for our son a state university. Whatever we thought was best and age appropriate. It worked ok for us.
