BREAKING: NY Judge Merchan Informs Lawyers of ‘My Cousin is a Juror, Trump is Getting Convicted’ Facebook Post Left on NY Court Page, Pre-Verdict.
In a new development in Trump’s Manhattan “hush money” case, Justice Merchan has communicated to the involved parties about an incident involving a comment left on the court system’s Facebook page. The comment, left on May 29, one day prior to Trump’s conviction, reads: “My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted 🎉 Thank you folks for all your hard work!!!! ❤️”
The fact that the judge has written to the involved parties may indicate truth to the inside knowledge of the poster. The letter from Justice Merchan reads, in full:
Today, the Court became aware of a comment that was posted on the Unified Court System’s public Facebook page and which I now bring to your attention. In the comment, the user, “Michael Anderson,” states:
The comment was no longer visible when checked by The National Pulse.
Theoretically, if the comment is found to be true and a juror was discussing the verdict of the case with their cousin, Justice Merchan could rule a mistrial. Given his record of rulings against Trump and his daughter’s financial stake in the case, this is unlikely.
If they do declare a mistrial and try for a second trial to keep Trump off the campaign trail, there is no way they can deny a change of venue this time.
That said, there is also no way they could survive an "interfering with the election" charge if they try to squeeze this in before the election. The rush to trial would be proof that it is political and not "justice."
That's why they are stuck with waiving this off as no big deal.

1. Send him to jail.
2. Call a mistrial and put him back in the court room, gag Trump some more for [fill in the blank] reason, for as long as the judge is told to do so.
Well, of course there is a 3rd option, but I’m not going there!
Yeah, a do over so Trump will be prevented from campaigning for another 2 months with a gag order, after 2 months of mistrial arguments with a gag order. This may not be a “good” thing at all

I say "there is no way they can deny a change of venue this time" because they have the proven abuses of not changing the venue in the first place staring them in the face. Of course, they can shrug it off as not worth caring about in an environment with no consequences for their own abusive actions.

There is NO WAY they didnt vet this before they published this letter and sent it to both sides..Merchan would look like a total moron if he got punked by a sh*t poster, so something else is going on here
And this so-called crime is no different than Hillary putting $6 million to Perkins Coie under legal expenses for the Steele Dossier.
IMV, if this didn't come out (prank or not), the Sotoro commie gang pulling this Columbian judge's strings would have put Trump in jail. At least for a few months.
However, since the "verdict," they've seen Trump with yet more support in the polls coupled with unprecedented massive amounts of money flowing into his campaign in such a short period of time. Along with some billionaires who were more inclined to vote biden, now supporting Trump.
They see their political persecution didn't play out the way they had hoped.
So, now with this convenient FB post, they don't have to put Trump in jail. Just yet anyway.
They can tell the judge to call a mistrial, or call for a retrial, and nearly as effectively keep Trump off the campaign trail. And there he is, back in court yet again. And viola, sometime in Oct he's found "guilty" again. They will push that in the fence sitter's face and say...see! He was found guilty on the redo. He really is a crook, so you must therefore vote for biden.
Remember. If these people abided by the rule of law, by our Constitution, they wouldn't have brought these lawfare charges against Trump just a few months after he officially declared his 2024 run. It wouldn't have been in their interest had he not declared.
Never underestimate these people to be on the wrong side of just about everything. Including basic fundamental biology of all things. These people are evil conniving bassturds.
That is, unless Bragg and Merchan can come up with three new suggestions for possible crimes that Trump is absolutely positively guilty of without due process.

If Merchan declares a mistrial, Bragg gets to try him again, PDJT gets stuck in the courtroom in New York for September and October, and Merchan keeps the gag order in place.
The sudden last minute Thursday verdicteans one of two things:
1. The poster is very lucky and that was it
2. The poster is related to the forewoman or someone on the jury, but forewoman is most likely as she’s the lead.
Either way, sentencing will have to be postponed as defense will take its sweet time doing extensive subpoenas and depositions with each juror individually.
Against a Manhattan jury that's convinced Trump is Hitler II and will steal their democracy and start WWIII if re-elected?
Trump was never going to win this case. That was never an option. The jean carroll shame of case is yet another example.

Every time a New York jury convicts Donald Trump, another billionaire gets his wings and flees the city forever!

Looks like Merchan needs to reverse his judgment in order to avoid the likely reversal on appeal.
We are now in a de-facto state of Civil War.
