I get what you’re saying. Plus the more the pressure is on due to pending penalty, the more $$ DJT can receive in the campaign and polls continue to go up. Let alone your point of possibly not having the urgency for appeal if there’s no pending penalty like jail

very interesting. Also, you’re saying DJT can appeal to the Federal court now and not have to wait til sentencing, correct?

pretty sure the judge did not block this witness, he just severely limited what he could testify to so the defense opted not to call him

what do you mean ‘backing a revenge candidate’??? DJT drops out and gets behind someone else?

This is much worse. Felons can’t vote in many States, no guns, no travel outside of New York (?), issues with getting security clearances etc. States and the Feds treat a felon much diffetent than an impeached President.

It has never been determined if a President can pardon himself, but even if he could, he would not be able to pardon himself for a state crime. Only the Governor of New York could do that in this case.

It does appear that Trump can still vote in Florida, but we will have to wait and see if Merchan tries to limit his ability to travel.

Does the gag order continue until at least July 11?

Yes, the payment to Cohen in 2017 was somehow influencing the election which had already taken place.

The star witness is a convicted felon , who lied under oath while simultaneously admitting he stole 30000 dollars from Trump because he didnt get a WH job. I mean I am not Perry Mason but…..

And yet the U.S military is having trouble recruiting...You think the fact that that the country is turning into a corrupt country that supports pedophiles and installs Presidents via shady elections has nothing to do with it? Keep thinking this is the 1980s and you’ll be shocked when the experiment comes to an end.

The people vote in pedophiles and stand idle as the full force of the government is turned on its people. You complain about J6 prisoners but mostly...you don’t care. If they all died in prison tomorrow you would be angry, come to this forum to complain and go about your daily life. You don’t get to claim you’re a Representativen Republic and then absolve the people from everything the government does. Sorry.

all but ensuring he will still be a felon when voters head to the polls in November.

This sentence fragment says it all, the Democrats just want to be able to get in the faces of Republican voters to scream, "You're voting for a felon rrreeeeeeee!".

Trump’s next stop is the Manhattan appeals court. If you seen them you will know it will be like him taking his appeal to The View. This will take us past the election. So maybe Trump picks someone to take his place while he fights the appeal process which could take years. The right revenge candidate would crush Biden.

“It has never been determined if a President can pardon himself, but even if he could, he would not be able to pardon himself for a state crime.”

Technically, Bragg was prosecuting a federal crime.

Are you one of those Putin lover types or Chicoms?

That Russia and China, or even Iran, are somehow better than the US?

A plan of action is needed today to deal with that reality.

Like the GOP replacing Trump with (guess who)? No thanks.
