Not to say you can't do that, but are Trump's lawyers capable of doing so? How come they did not have the arguments for a SCOTUS appeal ready to go? I suspect the answer is that the male lawyers are on the golf course and the female lawyers like Alina are in a beauty or tanning salon. It seems that the only people without an opinion on how to involve SCOTUS are Trump's lawyers.

The Judge created many avenues for appeal, not least of which was letting the prosecution try Trump for an unspecified, unproven charge without affording him any opportunity to present a defense. Crooked NY appellate courts might just continue the Stalinism, but the SCOTUS even the Leftist justices, will eventually destroy Merchan and Bragg.
