I don’t have a Kindle it was stolen in the van but with macular degeneration I need to spend less time on the Internet or reading books or whatever I do here.
I’ve always preferred real books

I completed my assignment today lol. CB has the pics you requested of raised bed, flower pots, gardens, etc. Sadly, I’m tech challenged.
I hate to bother you with posting pics, CB, so don’t feel like you have to. You’ve been very kind the odd time I had pics for posting, but I’d never want to take advantage.
In Ohio I had a rice cooker. A gift from my brother when he saw how impressed in was with his. It was nice. You programmed in time based on chart with variables type of rice and quantity of half cup servings
Now I don’t have one but use a crock pot. Some times just butter water and sea salt but most often with the addition herbs ie turmeric, oregano, powdered garlic, parsley

Supposed to be about 100 degrees on Sunday, it is not an indoor event.
Plenty of water and park does not open till 6AM.
I do not do heat anymore.
Once when Kerry was running, I went up to a school where he was going to speak, so dang hot, people saying why don’t you go home. Sign said Kerry is no hero!!!
Talked to a SS guy and he knew my son, when I got home son called and said” Mom why were you outside in this heat protesting Kerry.”
I said, “Someone has got to do it!”
I was about dead on the couch.
