Deliberations resume this morning, after Merchan rereads instructions back to the jurors. Thoughts?
Buck Sexton and Clay Travis said these are 34 charges for the same alleged crime. It’s like some guy smoking weed, takes 20 drags, and gets charged 20 times for smoking weed.
I muse that a good jury selection question would be:
Which would please you more:
Aircraft flying into the Twin Towers
or
Aircraft flying into Trump Tower?
According to Jack there is one female juror who smiles at Bragg a lot and smiled when during the read back mentioned Trump going to prison..obviously there are Trump haters on this jury that is beyond obvious its after all, Manhattan

Usually, if a burglar robs five houses on a street, he gets charged with five counts of burglary. The DA will then offer the defendant a plea deal on one count of burglary with minimum jail time or probation.
Bragg is charging Trump for each payment to Cohen.

Same here, waiting on mom’s test results for leukemia. The results were positive, but thankfully her leukemia is the less severe kind. I’m caring for her day and night. She’s the bravest person I know!
