Former President Donald Trump did not appear pleased with New York County Judge Juan Merchan’s jury instructions Thursday morning.
“Mother Teresa could not beat these charges, but we’ll see. We’ll see how we do. It’s a very disgraceful situation,” Trump told reporters after the jury began deliberations in his criminal trial.
“These charges are rigged. The whole thing is rigged,” he added.
“We’re going to take back our country from these fascists and these thugs that are destroying us with inflation and with everything they do,” Trump continued, “allowing 15, 16, 17 million people into our country, totally unvetted, totally unchecked.”
“We’re going to bring back our nation,” Trump vowed. “November 5. Remember, most important day in the history of our country.”
“In the meantime, this trial is rigged,” he said.

Merchan finished jury instructions before lunch. The jury will deliberate until members reach a verdict. They will be dismissed on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. until Thursday.

From my observations it appears that just about everybody is now convinced the jury will return a guilty verdict.
So we’ve gone from “no case” to “here’s what he faces for sentencing”.

This is America today. The fascists controlling the nation will have to be removed by force of arms. No fascist government has ever been removed in any other manner. And this fascist government has the world’s fiat currency to play with. Voting in controlled elections that can be manipulated- such as this - will never eliminate a dictatorial power committed to retaining that power.

I plan to stand at the most prominent street corner I can find in this area, holding up a sign that says "If they can do it to TRUMP they can do it to YOU".
Talking about things on a discussion site or Facebook or Twitter only goes so far. I plan to take action. It might be just me but dammit, I'm not going to be the man in that British illustration whose little girl asks "Daddy, what did YOU do in the Great War?"
Well, that's my plan. Do my best to make people think about what the hell is happening to our country.
The question is “Will this change anyone’s vote?”
Trump’s supporters know he frequents prostitutes, and they know he cheats in business and on his taxes. They know he will lie about literally anything, and they know that like a mafioso he insists on never writing down his instructions, to make it harder to convict him.
They know these things, and they like him for these things. I believe that his criminal instincts are why people support him. They know that with a criminal running the country, someone who evades taxes by lying about his P&L statements, that they too can lie on their taxes with impunity.
His corruption IS his appeal, and so I do not believe a conviction changes anyone’s vote.

NY has completed its journey into full banana republic status thanks to this corrupt judge, DA, and other minions.
They must be so proud. Now let’s see them get indicted, tried, and sentenced for treason then get the ultimate sentence to be carried out ASAP.

There is nothing to explain or understand, other than the clown judge making things up as he goes along.
They can all agree that President Trump falsified records (which he didn’t, FTR) but they can choose between which of the three laws he was intending to break by falsifying them.
This is an admission by Trump that he’s going to be found guilty.
